Undoing fear, shame, and aloneness

gets the nuance.

Covert and relational trauma can be subtle. It hides behind high function and a capable smile. I've devoted my practice to women who carry it and are ready to understand their story instead of just managing it.

You're not broken.

When you reach out, you won’t have to explain why “it wasn’t that bad” still left a mark. I understand.

What matters most to me isn’t proving I’m qualified — it’s making sure you feel, early on, that you’ve finally found the right person.

I’m not here to manage your symptoms. I want to understand how you learned to survive.

Women who grew up in emotionally unsafe homes and are now living with anxiety, relationship patterns, and self-doubt  who are ready to understand their story and finally feel like themselves.

Credentials matter, but they come second. They're the reason I can help — not the reason you'd choose to be in the room.

In two languages

I'm a native bilingual clinician and taught Spanish and ESOL before I practiced. For clients who carry their story in Spanish, you will not have to translate yourself to be understood here.

Faith, if you want it

My work is faith-informed rather than overtly religious. If faith matters to you, it belongs in the room and I'll honor it — without weaponizing it. If it doesn't, nothing here asks it of you.

Come as you are.

Anxious, uncertain, skeptical, exhausted.
That's exactly where we begin.
